Описание: The aim of Neidan is not to change the world, but to transform the world within us.
We cannot alter reality itself, yet we can transform the way we perceive it and the relationship we build with it.
This awareness gives us the power to shape our tomorrow.
Instead of waiting for the future to unfold, it is the quality of mind and awareness we bring to this moment that creates it.
The future is not practiced — the present is.
This transformation unfolds through the harmony of jing–qi–shen.
We cannot change the influence of the sun, the moon, the seasons, or gravity;
but we can observe and guide how our body, mind, and emotions respond to them.
The best way to know the future is to build it.
