Loading in Iowa — Hauling a Full Truckload to Walmart in Virginia

Описание: Welcome back to the channel! We're LIVE on June 2, 2026 — fresh off yesterday's deadhead into Iowa and ready to load up for a great run all the way to Virginia. Iowa to Virginia is the kind of haul that takes you through the heart of America and out the other side into the Appalachian Mountains — buckle up!

THE LOAD:
We're picking up a full truckload this morning at GSTC Logistics in Oskaloosa, Iowa with a scheduled pickup of 10:30 AM. We're not disclosing the commodity on this one, but it's a full load heading east. Our delivery is at a Walmart Supercenter in Dublin, Virginia with a delivery window of 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on June 4th. Two days to cross the country — let's get after it!

TODAY'S ROUTE:
We're pulling out of Oskaloosa and heading south on US-63 before picking up US-34 eastbound to cut across Iowa. From there we'll connect to I-74 southeastbound which carries us across the Illinois/Indiana border. The goal today is to push to somewhere near the Illinois/Indiana state line before shutting down for our break tonight. Tomorrow we'll make the big push across Indiana and Ohio all the way into Virginia.

FULL TRIP ROUTE: US-63 → US-34 → I-74 → I-70 → I-75 → US-35 → I-64 → I-77 → I-81

This is one of those hauls that has a little bit of everything — the flat farmland of Iowa and Illinois, the rolling terrain of Indiana and Ohio, and then the spectacular scenery of the Virginia mountains on I-81 as we close it out. It's a great cross-country run that covers nearly 1,200 miles from the Iowa prairie all the way to the Appalachians.
