Описание: I’m bringing back the raw and creative style of 1980s Chicago Hot Mixing with these old school mixes of Classic House Music, Freestyle and Alternative Dance/Synth-pop. I created these to be 100% accurate recreations of how it was done by the Hot Mix 5 in 1988, when I first started listening to mixes. That’s what inspired me to become a DJ. I used to record mixes off of the radio onto cassette tapes using a boom box exactly like the one shown here. Some of the songs in these mixes are the first records I ever bought, before I even had turntables. So let’s flash back to ’88 in Chicago with my 1988 Hot Mix Rewind series.
