British Brunch is Smith Teamaker’s version of a classic English Breakfast style tea. Breakfast teas usually consist of the strongest, richest teas in the world. Our breakfast blend is made up of malty Assam and Ceylon black teas and a slightly smokey Keemun from China.
Dense and full bodied, this tea has tasting notes of honey, malt, and mineral.
British Brunch consists of premium quality full leaf black tea and is delicious with milk and sugar, or just on its own. It is perfect in the morning, but delicious any time of day as well.
To brew this tea, use 1 sachet or 1 rounded teaspoon for every 8-10 oz of water just off the boil and steep for 5 minutes.
