Part 2 of my ghost town tour takes us to the southwest part of Missouri. I started in Monark Springs, which is well worth a visit even though it has some negative history. Next I took a short drive over to Jolly (also known as Jollification) to check out the amazing Jolly Mill. There are also several other old buildings to see while you're there. Then to Possum Trot, where unfortunately, there's not much left to see. Finally I went east to Almartha, which is set in a beautiful part of rural Missouri.
