Hi I’m Luke, I’m 29 and I live in South Africa. Welcome to the start of my fitness journey through running, cycling, lifting and everything in between.
This week I dedicated myself to Zone 2 training across running, cycling, and swimming. Zone 2 is all about building an aerobic base, improving endurance, and lowering heart rate over time. In this video, I share my first week of Zone 2 training, what it felt like, the challenges, and what I learned along the way.
