Although it may sound really remote, it is not very difficult to reach Pfutsero. Share taxis are available from Kohima and Dimapur - Two major towns of Nagaland. It takes about 6 - 7 hours from Dimapur and about 3-4 hours from Kohima to reach Pfutsero, depending upon weather and road conditions.

It may be a little tricky to find the taxi stand from where you can board a taxi for Pfutsero, you have to check with locals and they will help you to find one. It is usually good to reserve a seat one day in advance. ( Ask locals for help) Keep in mind most of the taxis leave early in the morning around 6 AM. You may not get a taxi after that.
There are not many options for accommodations in Pfutsero, it is a quaint little town. Keep in mind this place is still untouched by overdose of tourism.
