A special grand jury in Summit County has decided not to indict the Akron police officer in connection with the Thanksgiving 2024 shooting death of 15-year-old Jazmir Tucker.
This no-bill decision means the officer, who is identified by the court as Davon Fields, will not be charged in connection with Jazmir's death.
