In this video we share our hearty Pistachios muffins that is full of fibers from the dates and banana. The flour used is semolina for this muffins and our healthy coconut oil and almond milk are the cherry of top to make this a healthy snack for all times.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ripe banana, mashed
1 cup date paste
2 cups fine semolina
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
½ cup pistachio, crushed, unsalted
½ cup sunflower seeds, unsalted

What are temperaments?
