If time finishes at Complete Screen its Time starts at 17.333 and ends at 1063.800 at 60 fps to get a final time of 0h 17m 26s 467ms.
If time finishes as soon as you see end cutscene its Time starts at 17.333 and ends at 1028.417 at 60 fps to get a final time of 0h 16m 51s 083ms.
