In Paul Bartel’s Cannonball! (1976), Coy's car is a bright red 1970 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am that anchors the race action. Two matching cars play the role, unified with a blue center stripe edged in yellow, rally numbers, and small contingency decals so every angle reads as the same machine.
