BUYER REBATE:
Home buying can be very expensive. That's why it's my goal with *each and every one of my buyer clients to help ease that cost by offering a portion of my compensation back to them in the form of a closing cost credit. This credit can be applied directly to your closing cost minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses. *The amount of the rebate is dependent on the actual amount of compensation from the seller. In some rare instances, a seller may not offer any cooperating compensation at all. If that is the case, then the rebate program would not apply. The only way I can offer a rebate | closing cost credit is if I receive compensation from the seller | seller’s broker. Additionally, an Executed Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement, for a period of not less than 6 months, will also need to be in place before any rebates can be provided to the buyer client.
