All 75 achievements in Fallout New Vegas without any major breaks is a speedrun challenge I did as recently as March 2021 and I completed them all in a mind boggling time of 4 hours and 42 minutes. While doing that without taking major breaks is not all that hard, never have I tried it without the game breaking glitches which almost makes the game unrecognizable.
This run was much easier and quicker than fallout 4 as even the annoying achievements in new vegas take 20 minutes, rather than 40+ minutes several achievements take in Fallout 4.
