We've all experienced a situation where an emergency vehicle is trying to get past us with blue lights flashing and sirens blaring. A lot of people panic when this happens and can sometimes make the situation worse by not knowing how to react.
We, along with North Wales Fire & Rescue Service and the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust are helping to promote Blue Light Aware; a useful website containing short videos aimed at helping motorists know what to do when an emergency vehicle is trying to pass them.
Knowing what to do reduces risks to both members of the public and the first responders, and may even help to save a life 💙
