United States Vice President JD Vance brought disruption to the Cotswolds as he spent his holiday in the English countryside with his family.
Vance travelled to the picturesque area last Sunday evening after spending two nights in Chevening with British Foreign Secretary David Lammy.
Roads were closed leading to the hamlet of Dean, near where the vice president is thought to be staying, and according to residents of the nearby town of Charlbury, there has been an increased police and security presence.
Charlbury has recently become a popular spot for famous people to visit, with the former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris having dined at local pub The Bull in late July.
