This historic farmhouse was purchased by our client as a derelict building in desperate need of some love and attention. What first appeared to be a stable structure quickly revealed major hidden issues once work began, including unstable masonry, a collapsed chimney and a roof that was barely holding together.
To save this beautiful period property, our team carried out extensive structural work including underpinning, new roof structures and traditional oak framing. Every stage of the project was handled with care to preserve the character of the building while making it safe, strong and ready for modern family life.
Once all the structural repairs and full re plastering were completed, the transformation really came to life with contemporary bathrooms, a modern farmhouse kitchen, and brand new hardwood windows and doors throughout.
This was a fantastic project to be part of and a huge thank you to all the trades involved in bringing this historic farmhouse back to life.
