Описание:
A traditional 18th century song relating to the Duke of Marlborough's campaigns in Flanders. The original has only two verses, although further verses have been written more recently to link the song with the Great War of 1914-18. These are the chord shapes I use for the key of G (with capo on 3 this is B flat of course):
Will (G) ye go (Bm) to Flan- (Em) ders, (C or G) my (G) Mally- (D7) O? (G)
Will (C) ye go (D) to Flan- (Bm) ders, (D) my (C) Mally- (G) O? (D-D7)
There we'll (G) get wine (C) and bran- (G) dy (Em)
And sack (C) and sugar (G) can- (D) dy. (D7)
Will (G) ye go (C) to Flan- (D) ders, (C) my (G) Mally- (D7) O? (G)
Will ye go to Flanders, my Mally-O?
To see the chief commanders, my Mally-O?
You'll see the bullets fly
And the soldiers, how they die,
And the ladies loudly cry, my Mally-O!
Повторяем попытку...
