Hiking Colorado’s Never Summer Wilderness - Baker Gulch to Bowen Gulch Lake Loop in 4K

Описание: Video footage from our recent backpacking trip in the Never Summer Wilderness, just outside the boundaries of the Rocky Mountains National Park. This was a 4 day, 3 night backcountry hike completed in early September 2022. Footage shot using an iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro, GoPro Hero 10 and a DJI Mavic Mini 2. Editing via Final Cut Pro. Since we wanted the last day to be the shortest, we did the hike in a CW direction, and spent 2 nights at beautiful Bowen Lake, and 1 night at Parika Lake. As a bonus, we also hiked the side trail up to Ruby Mountain before getting back on the CDT to finish our hike to Parika Lake.

Fun fact: A section of this loop runs along the Contential Divide Trail which runs from Canada to Mexico.
