•The axial direction displacement of warping table is controlled by a separate high precision servo motor, start point locating and section alignment can be set easily by pressing one key.
•With the increasing thickness of the yarn, warping table moves backwards automatically, individually controlled by servo motor, ensure the constant distance between spacing reed and yarn surface and prevent section diffusing.
•Warping frame horizontal movement individually controlled by servo motor, enjoys fast response speed and high precision of guide line displacement.
•With inner ventilation device, it ensures accurate winding tension when beaming by method of air-pressure damping brake.
•Adopting Santana braking system, the warping drum drives four hydraulic disc brakes, realizes instant and steady braking effect, improves the productivity
•The whole sectional warping machine is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC). Each unit connects with the PLC by CANOPEN cable.
