How to replace the gimbals on your Taranis QX7. It is a simple procedure to open the case and replace the gimbals. You will need to calibrate the sticks again once replaced as the values will not match your current sticks.
My gimbals started to go twitchy and drifty after about 18 months, I replaced with hall effect ones linked below:
