The typical adjustment for the Nomadic Innovations A2 Awning involves changing the pitch of one or both sides; to raise it to the proper position and to make sure it's level from side-to-side. First, loosen the bottom bolt with an 18mm wrench. Then, adjust the pitch with a 17mm wrench.
A lesser known adjustment is the upper limit and lower limit. These limits control how the awning closes and how far the awning extends. The issue my awning had was that it didn't close all the way. I had to adjust the upper limit with the special tool that came with the awning.
