The Monstrous RPM Buffs of DayZ 1.15 | Rate of Fire Changes Explained

23 weapons had their RPM stats changed in DayZ 1.15, which includes 37 fire modes. However, only 6 guns and 8 fire modes had a rate of fire increase. Most of the 6 weapons went from 600 RPM to 900 RPM, so I explain why this is the case with how fire rates work in DayZ, along with proving the UMP didn't have a RPM increase or decrease.
