Katerina had short-face syndrome, a very prevalent condition among Eastern European patients, which ages facial features making them appear much older than they are. In our center, Dr. Hernández Alfaro performed bimaxillary ortho-facial surgery with genioplasty to expand her face by 20mm, the ideal length to harmonize her features.
