Acquisition of Hyperspectral Data of Frozen Fish (Non-destructive Analysis of Frozen Fish Freshness by Hyperspectral Technology)
1. Detection Purpose and Basis
A hyperspectral camera with a spectral range of 400-1000 nm is used to collect the spectral data of frozen fish samples in reflection mode.
Evaluate the freshness of frozen fish rapidly and accurately without causing any physical damage to the samples during the whole process.
Machine learning, deep learning and other technologies are adopted to conduct training and fitting for the accurate verification between the spectral data of frozen fish and calibration data, so as to realize the application and implementation scheme of online rapid sorting of frozen fish by hyperspectral technology.英语1

3. Detection Equipment and Acquisition Method
Detection Equipment
Hyperspectral camera (400-1000 nm)
Self-developed optical dark box (equipped with a stable light source of 350-2500 nm and a sample moving platform)
Black tray (low reflectivity background)
Diffuse reflection calibration board (for reflectivity calibration)
Auxiliary materials: Labels (used to mark the serial numbers of frozen fish for the correspondence between the non-destructive detection spectral data of frozen fish and manual dissection results)英语3
Acquisition Method
Sample placement rules:a. Reflection mode: Place the frozen fish samples in accordance with the layout shown in the figure.
Data acquisition mode:Collect the 400-1000 nm spectral data of frozen fish in reflection mode.
Equipment parameter adjustment (Reflection mode):
Adjust the camera height to ensure that the camera field of view can cover all samples.
Adjust the lens aperture to the maximum value: F1.4.
Adjust the lens focal length to obtain the clearest sample images.
4. Acquisition Results
1. Data Provision
Data format to be provided: each sample data includes the following 6 format files:a. Raw data of frozen fish samples collected in reflection mode (including .dat and .hdr formats)b. Reflectivity data of frozen fish samples collected in reflection mode (including .dat and .hdr formats)c. Software screenshots of the spectral line charts of frozen fish
2. Data Display
Reflectivity data of peanut in reflection mode (Note: the original text has a clerical error of "peanut" instead of "frozen fish", which is retained as is)
A visible-near infrared hyperspectral camera with a spectral range of 400-1000 nm was used to collect hyperspectral data of crucian carp samples, and non-destructive surface measurements were conducted on fresh live crucian carp and crucian carp frozen for 1, 4 and 16 days respectively.
Hyperspectral data processing and analysis software was adopted to conduct data preprocessing such as noise reduction and reflectivity calculation on the collected data.
From the color images synthesized by principal component analysis, the surface of fresh crucian carp is white, and that of frozen crucian carp is purple.英语4
