This type of video is shot with a GoPro type camera attached to a multicopter (remote control type helicopter) a.k.a. a Drone, specially designed by HoverFly Studios. It allows for foreign buyers and investors of Real Estate, as well as online buyers, to view the property inside and out as if they were right there at the house. Nightline investigates the pros and cons of using drones in various industries. LAPD issued a warning to Realtors using unmanned aircraft in marketing.
