This client installed an aftermarket JBL Subwoofer into the factory Dodge Ram sub enclosure with poor results. So we made some improvements to the enclosure so the JBL sub will perform better and we will be powering it with an Audio Control ACM-1.300 monoblock Amplifier. We applied Ballistic sound deadening to the inside / outside of the enclosure, we opened up the back of the enclosure so the vented pole piece of the JBL sub could breathe, sealed the magnet of the JBL sub to the enclosure, and filled the inside of the factory enclosure with pollyfill. It made major improvements to the sound and output of the JBL Subwoofer!
