Born and based in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. I worked as a physical therapist at an acute care hospital, specializing in rehabilitation for neurosurgery, orthopedics, respiratory conditions, cancer, and sports injuries. Alongside this, I also served as a trainer, accompanying athletes to major national tournaments such as Inter-High and the National Sports Festival.

Currently, my main focus is creating content on YouTube, driven by the belief: "I want to eliminate the struggles of people with stiff bodies." Within four years of starting, my channel has surpassed 1.4 million subscribers and continues to grow every day.
