Oven roasted nuts are the best snack and way better than store bought which you never know how long it’s been sitting on the shelf. It’s so delicious and the perfect snack for Ramadan especially for suhoor serve it next to dates and some Arabic coffee
I bought a bag of fresh nuts with the shell and had to shell them 😩, save yourself the trouble and buy already shelled nuts. Also did anyone tell you that the nutcracker is the worst tool…
It smashed most of the nuts so I simply relied on the best trick an empty bottle
Ingredients:
2.5 cups mixed raw nuts
1 tbs. Olive oil
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt or sea salt
1 tbs. Dried rosemary, crumbled
Flaky salt
Preheat oven to 325F. Add all the ingredients except for the flaky salt and mix well, place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes once done take out of the oven and hit immediately with flaky salt. Let cool completely before storing in an air-tight jar
