Описание: Our next installment will feature none other than Jeffrey Morrison! Jeffrey Morrison MS-Ed, CSCS is an avid outdoorsman and waterman, with a love for SUP surfing, flatwater paddling, kayaking, and windsurfing. He is a high school Biology and Environmental Science teacher and works his summers as a SUP and surf instructor for Cinnamon Rainbows Surf in North Hampton, NH. He also writes a monthly SUP Fitness/Nutrition Column and runs Outdoors Sports Fit Coach, which provides outdoors sports-specific fitness programming. Jeffrey is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has worked with individuals as well as groups in providing sports-specific conditioning for over 20 years. He loves nothing more than combining his love for teaching and exercise programming with watersports!
