Описание: Stewardship is a process.And sometimes, God teaches the biggest principles through the smallest, most personal tasks.

For me, that’s been my hair.

Earlier this year, I prayed, “Lord, help me to see myself the way You see me.”And ever since then, I’ve felt Him drawing me back to the very thing I once avoided; my natural hair.

I’ve always had a love-hate relationship with it. I used to do other people’s hair better than my own, because there was resentment in my hands. I never really learned my hair. The process felt frustrating, even painful.

But lately, the Lord’s been teaching me something deeper. In 1 Corinthians 11:15, it says, “A woman’s hair is given to her for a covering.”
And when the Bible calls something a covering, it’s sacred.

It’s not just vanity; it’s identity. It’s the visible sign of something God called glory.

So this season, I’m learning to steward that glory well.I’ve put the wigs on pause, and I’m letting the Holy Spirit teach me how to care for what He gave me. Because this isn’t just about hair; it’s about healing the way I’ve seen myself.

I refuse to pass down self-rejection to the generations coming after me.
If I ever want to show my daughter how to love herself, it starts with me loving every part of who God made me to be… crown and all.

Because when God said our hair was a covering, He meant it was something He placed on us with intention.

And I’m learning to honor that again; one hairstyle at a time. 🤍
