Salsa Verde is the Italian restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Bali, and it offers a beautiful dining experience. The restaurant boasts a stunning ambiance, with views of the beach and one of the resort's main pools. It's a fantastic spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a late-night snack. We enjoyed many meals here during our stay, and it quickly became one of our favorite spots at the resort. The food is absolutely delicious and incredibly authentic.
One of the standout features of Salsa Verde is their traditional brick oven, which bakes excellent bread and pizza. The Neapolitan-style pizza is especially memorable—thin crust and full of flavor. Highly recommended if you ever visit!
We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was top-notch. I wasn't able to review each dish individually since we were dining as a family (and with kids, things can get hectic), but I can say without hesitation that everything we tried was fantastic—piping hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
If you get the chance to visit, I highly recommend both the resort and the restaurant. Salsa Verde is a must-try!
