In this video, we go over the second new character released in the RETINA update in Death Road to Canada. This is the Clock King. He was designed over E-Lasija from the Death Riad t Sycamore mod and adjusted before being officially added in by Professor Sycamore! I go over all of his strengths and weaknesses as well as how to use him the most practically. I won't lie; this redesign is pretty sick! It reminds me of those old, animated Disney cartoons from the 1900s we don't see anymore.
