In this video I will show you how I added sound deadening, insulation, and a plywood floor and finished it all off with vinyl flooring for that professional look.

I chose the Volkswagen Maxi life as I need to use it as a family vehicle and to commute to work. I wanted a compact, reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle.

As I convert the van I will take you on the journey, if you are new to the channel hopefully you will stick around for the whole series where I will work on new flooring, off-grid electrics, cooking, beds, and seating, upholstery and curtains.
