All companies say they provide "customer service," but no two companies offer the same type of support. What is unique about the customer service we consistently provide? To attempt to answer that question, a cross-section of our employees met and identified nine distinguishing principles that constitute the definition of the Alford Service Culture.
Supreme Support • The Right Solutions • Challenges Welcome • Truly Trustworthy • Winning Differences • Exceptional but Humble • Total Respect • The Journey Matters • Be BURGUNDY
To assist us in communicating our findings, we brought in our good friend Terry McCullough and his production group. Terry and his team recorded our focus group and scripted transitional copy while our own Director of Creative Support, Rich Tate, candidly recorded Alford employees, created graphics, and took on the editing job. The original music was composed by Alford Lighting Technician Jon Reed.
We invite you to watch "Service Culture: a Definition" to see our definition of customer service.
