Wire cut a Multifix holder on an old Brother HS300 Wire EDM.
From starting the machine to touch off the blank to get a start point for the code over to cut the profile and the (almost) finished holder.
Took about 3,5 to 4,5 hours to cut one holder, depending on the size of it.
Got the (in my mind) right profile by some measuring and a lot of try and error.
Sorry for the bad quality of the video footage. I'm not a professional in this YouTube-thing and so I don't own professional equipment, I just tape my phone to a magnetic base.
And also I'm not a native English speaker, so there might be some weird English text.
