Описание: Lovely morning for a workout in my local, sun was shining, birds were chirping and I was sweating! Pull-ups, leg raises, switching mountain climbers, Russian twists and l-sit raises were on the agenda. I got a few reminders that I needed to warm up a bit more before starting the workout, particularly my first sets of pull-ups and leg raises. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t force it. Warm up to the extent that the movements you are practicing feel natural 👍
