Integrity isn't as moral correctness, it's structural wholeness and it's the difference between being one thing versus being fragmented into roles and personas.
From a young age, many of us learn to divide ourselves to fit what we think others expect. I talk about how this fragmentation becomes normalised, how pluralistic ignorance keeps these scripts in place, and why so many of us quietly feel out of alignment even when we’re “doing the right things.”
I also reflect on how this shows up in my own work, including my engagement with climate change — where the cost of disconnection isn’t just personal, but collective.
