23 years old: Became a Professional Ski Champion in 1973
24 years old: Coached at Stratton School, Vermont (Nor Am Coach)
29 years old: Joined the US Ski Team as a Development Coach
30 years old: Founded the MT Washington Valley Ski Team
30 years old: Became a USSA Master Coach and Trainer (Level 4)
36 years old: Directed Glacier Creek Academy—producing Olympic Gold Medallist Tommy Moe
40 years old: Coached the US Ski Team Development at Keystone
42 years old: Selected as a PSIA National Demo Team Member, Coach and Trainer
44 years old: Served as a PSIA Examiner
46 years old: Directed the Aspen Performance Centre
47 years old: Published Anyone Can Be An Expert Skier and served as Instruction Editor for Skiing Magazine
48 years old: Launched Harb Ski Systems and Camps
49 years old: Opened the Harb Skier Alignment Centre
52 years old: Published Anyone Can Be An Expert Skier 2 and opened Harb Ski Camps Austria
60 years old: Published Essentials of Skiing
75 years young: Launched the Harb Ski Academy
