Описание: The Disney leadership institution was such a memorable experience. This opportunity allowed me to build new connections with my peers and leadership knowledge, and learning about behind-the-scenes of Disney as a brand and there five keys of success, first being safety. Safety is where Disney employees efforts and rules that must be followed in special accordance to predict the guest safety cast members and the Parks, cleanliness and history. An example I saw on this trip was where Disney use guard rails to protect guests from falling when waiting in line for the guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster. The guards rail made sure that guest stayed in line and helped with efficiency and safety for both cast members and guest safety and enjoyment. Furthermore courtesy is worth Disney builds report with their guest and makes Disney so magical, courtesy is guest experience in helping inform guest, who might have questions or inquiries about specific locations in the park. Our rides are shopping our restaurants. cast members use storytelling to help make courtesy and guest satisfaction rememberable by being engaging to guest needs. An example of this when I was in Italy at Epcot I ordered a gelato and I this older woman struggling to find what she wanted to eat. The cast members were able to help her by telling her about different options that she might enjoy this experience helped this woman feel seen at the park and helped lead her to finding a meal that would satisfy her. To go along with show is Disney’s extravagance and the Magic and lights that make that make the experience for guest so memorable and magical. Through the of the human senses and human experience, Disney uses psychological stimulants and smells such as in magic Kingdom, walking by an ice cream stand you could smell the vanilla, the sweetness of the ice cream, and this created demand for the ice cream, furthermore through engagement with cast members face characters through nonverbal communication and show in dancing, sleeping beauty when we met her we were able to see her dance and see that character come to life and feel the presence and feel the energy which made the show so remarkable so just the feeling in the magic and the lights and the small details as simple as the color of the dress and her headband made the show in her character come alive. Efficiency is where Disney uses their resources and stewards their resources and effective and efficient way for both customer satisfaction, and consumer profit. When spending time with Jeff at Epcot, who was our first , Disney leadership instructor in China we learned that Disney their logistics and their hierarchy of command, first values cast member satisfaction, which then leads to happier cast members who want to put an effort in build rapport among guest, which then will lead to a direct influence to guest satisfaction, and when the guests are satisfied, they are more likely to trust Disney as a brand and put their economical resources into Disney’s products, entertainment, food shopping, which then leads to a corporately, financially cash flow and business success for Disney. Finally Disney greatly values inclusion and diversity of ideas not just in teams, but for guest members in Epcot we saw this when they use simple details in China such as using chopsticks, and simple and unique differences for culturally, diverse countries through the means of food. There are so many different countries and foods to try at Epcot. Through March and apparel Disney was able to help diversify their guest by adding cultural, values too many different people of ethnic backgrounds, such as T-shirts in Italy, keychains in China and hats in Morocco.Overall the Disney leadership institution experience was so memorable and can be applied to both my academic and career pursuit, through the means of Disney’s five key values, which are safety, courtesy,show, efficiency, and inclusion I was able to understand that Disney is a successful company because they put in integrity and value to their cast members which builds great just satisfaction with which leads to guest, trusting in Disney to put their resources in which leads to Disney being a financially successful company and through their magic, a great place for guest to come and experience something so dream like from their childhood in a real world place, which is the most magical place on earth.
