CITF - Copyright Infrastructure Task Force - seminar Brussels 16 June 2025
The seminar will bring together key stakeholders, including members from EU institutions and agencies, industry representatives, and rights holders, to present and discuss the outcomes of the First Project, an initiative related to the functioning of the data infrastructure for copyright, furthered by the CITF’s work.
The First Project focuses on the development of the copyright infrastructure with the intersection of AI, particularly regarding machine readable opt-out (rights reservation from text and data mining). The seminar also covers emerging extended collective licensing models and important dimensions of synergies.
