I’m Rahuul Bagiyaa —
a 4th generation entrepreneur from a jewellery family business with ₹120+ Crore cumulative revenue.

During my engineering college days, our family business went through one of its biggest losses.
At 23, I also launched my own startup and failed.

I make money in two ways:

Every year, I work with 100 SME businesses across India
(2 cohorts of 50 SMEs every 6 months).

My work focuses on:

1st : Business systems & execution

2nd : Reducing founder dependency

3rd : Revenue & profitability improvement

(2) Equity-Based Work with Consumer Brands
Every year, I work with 5 consumer brands for 12 months.

I help them with:

~Business strategy

~Marketing & branding

~Sales & distribution

~ Fundraising and IPO

In exchange, I take consulting fees + equity (5%–25%), focusing on long-term value creation.
