Conditional Affection is the very 1st short film by Red Barlo Productions, an up and coming film & television company.

C.A. was an experiment made by theatre trained actors who took the pleasureful task of writing a dialogue driven scene, and transcribing it to a 7 min. real time short film... all this done in one day... and without a budget.

The result is Conditional Affection, a short film officially selected to festivals around the world, including Fantasia, New Hope, Actra Short Films and Bare Bones International Film Festivals.

Red Barlo productions is currently in post-production of their next short film Abyss of The Mind, a visual feast based on the psychological and spiritual break down of a man caught in the capitalist system.

SYNOPSIS:
The curtains are drawn, the doors are closed, Karen and Jack have no choice but to come face to face with one another and the terrible secret that threatens to tear them apart.

Conditional Affection is a short film that explores the psychological effects of adultery and its emotional repercussions. It asks the viewer to answer moral questions on matters such as abortion and conjugal dispute.
