Need to count gummies into jars, bags, or other containers? Look no further than the BATCHMASTER® COUNTER.

This Batchmaster IV 4 lane jar filling line has the ability to count product while streaming into jars or accumulating a set count. This feature allows filling of jars and bottles with product that normally would jam together in the jar/bottle neck or pinch point of the in-feed funnel. Each lane is equipped a Batchmaster IV counter that consist of a 2 gate parts processing unit and our patented dual view scanner that is capable of counting single gummies. as one and stuck together double gummies as 2. This allows the system to validate each size of each piece and provide very accurate batch counts of pills, tablets, and sticky product like gummies. The patented dual scanner also self calibrates 60 times a second to accommodate for dust build up from tablets or sugar. Each lane is capable of feeding product at over 250" per minute. The 1/2" gummies shown in the video feed at up to 500 gummies per minute, per lane. This line also has jar lane management, and tool-less change over for different bottle sizes.
