Many hyperactive children are always on the move, constantly shifting, jumping, or changing positions.
One major reason behind this is poor static stability and vestibular control.
In this video, Dr R. S. Bagga demonstrate Occupational Therapy–based static stability exercises including:
One-leg standing (front and back)
Kneeling and half-kneeling positions
Maintaining half-kneeling posture
Transitions between kneeling and half-kneeling
Getting in and out of large buckets for body control and stability
These activities help children learn how to stand still, maintain posture, improve balance, and regulate their body, especially for children who are hyperactive or have attention difficulties.
⚠️ These exercises should always be done with proper observation and guidance, as static vestibular work needs controlled input.
📌 This video is meant for parent education and therapist guidance, not random play.
