Colchester School District voters will consider a bond proposal on the November 5, 2024 ballot to address the challenges of maintaining aging school buildings while keeping up with growing enrollment. The bond will provide $115 million to complete essential facility improvements at all five district schools. Porters Point School, Union Memorial School, and Colchester Middle School would be completely renovated and expanded, while Malletts Bay School and Colchester High School would receive infrastructure updates.
