Reference IW323101 | IW3231-01
The IWC Vintage Aquatimer 1967 is slightly larger than it's original inspiration the reference A12. This watch measures 44mm and is not too thick at 14.5mm. The caseback has a slight cup profile to it, allowing for the watch to sink into the wrist. From lug to lug the watch is 51.5mm but it doesn't wear broad because of the shape of the case and turned down lugs. It has the tendency to wrap around the wrist easily.
This model was introduced in 2008 when IWC was on a vintage streak with models. The vintage inspiration can be seen in the shape, shape of the lugs and dial design.
