This drink has a perfect balance of honey’s natural sweetness and warming cinnamon, topped with silky steamed milk and a double shot of espresso. To finish it off, I added just a dusting of cacao powder for a chocolatey twist. It’s simple, comforting, and one of my go-to fall drinks.

🍯 Honey Cinnamon Flat White Recipe
• Double shot of espresso (about 18–20g coffee in, 36–40g out)
• 3 oz (90 ml) whole milk
• 1 tbsp (15 g) honey
• 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) ground cinnamon
• Optional: dusting of cacao powder on top

Steps:
1. Brew your double shot of espresso.
2. In a milk pitcher, add honey and cinnamon to the milk.
3. Steam until foamy and well mixed.
4. Pour steamed milk over espresso for a flat white.
5. Finish with a sprinkle of cacao powder (optional).
