The second single from Indoor. Michael Jackson's Butterflies.
As a kid my mother would always work during Christmas. I would go to a family’s house who are very near and dear to me for Christmas and celebrate the moment with them.
They would always buy me a CD as my gift. I’ll never forget unwrapping Invincible by Michael Jackson and hearing Butterflies.
During lockdown, Jay Em had this idea of us doing a flip of Butterflies. At first I said HELL NO. I was intimidated by the idea. It’s scary business tryna touch an MJ song.
I’m glad I did.
