Описание: The old front panel on my variac really wasn't safe for use, so I decided to make a replacement which would do everything I wanted. I bought a cheap 4-reading energy monitoring panel meter from ebay and then set about modifying it so that the power supply to the panel meter could be seperate from the voltage beaing measured. Once the panel meter worked the way I wanted, I designed and 3d printed an new front panel for the variac, with all of the input and output connections and switches I desired.
