In this video I replace the hub motor on my TST R002 750W (1500W peak) e-bike and walk through the whole process step by step in under 5 minutes.
I cover:
Removing the rear wheel and disconnecting the motor cable
Dealing with axle nuts, torque arms, and washers
Swapping the panetary gears and clutch
Reinstalling the wheel, and setting everything back up
